This notice explains how KAOS Clinical Intelligence (“we”, “us”) handles information you share through kaosclinical.com.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, professional email, organization, role or title, inquiry type, and message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and filter spam. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
Please don’t send patient information
This website is not intended for patient information, medical records, or protected health information. Please do not include such information in your inquiry. If we receive it, we will delete it.
How we use it
- To read and reply to your inquiry.
- To follow up about the collaboration, evaluation, or conversation you asked about.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Service providers
- Netlify hosts this website and receives and stores inquiry form submissions on our behalf.
- Google provides the email service we use to receive notifications of new inquiries and to reply to you. Google Fonts also delivers the typefaces used on this site, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers when the page loads.
These providers process information under their own privacy and security terms.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation, and no longer than 24 months after our last communication with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by emailing team.kaoshaus@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws.
Development-stage notice
KAOS Clinical Intelligence is currently in research and development. Not intended for clinical decision-making or patient care.
Changes to this notice
If we update this notice, we will post the new version on this page and change the date above.
